ATTLEBORO - Gourmet Guys, the annual fundraiser for New Hope that features men cooking up their favorite dishes for the benefit of the Attleboro-based nonprofit agency that helps women and families affected by domestic violence, will turn a quarter-century when it returns on Friday, Nov. 21 at Attleboro Elks Lodge 1014, 887 South Main St. (Route 152).

That means that the search is on for both returning and new chefs to take part. Whether you cook entrees, salads, appetizers, side dishes or desserts or a combination, of all, consider joining the event, which has led to much camaraderie among returning chefs.

Chefs should have enough bite-sized portions to serve a minimum of 100 guests. The doors will be open at 6:30 p.m., with dinner being served around 7 p.m.

To RSVP, contact Ellayna Ungureanu in New Hope's Development Office at 508-226-4015, ext. 2145 or email her at eungureanu@new-hope.org. You also may visit new-hope.org, and click on Events/Upcoming Fundraisers.

Tickets are on sale now. The cost is $30 for adults and $20 for seniors and children under the age of 12. Tickets can be purchased by email (development@new-hope.org ), phone (the above number, or at new-hope.org and click on Events/Upcoming Fundraisers.
