ATTLEBORO - For the 27th year, about 400 people in the Attleboro area and Rhode Island who might not have the opportunity to enjoy a home-cooked Christmas dinner, or the company of others to enjoy Christmas dinner, will be able to do so once again, thanks to the efforts of many volunteers and sponsors.

The dinner, now known as the Edward Tedesco Memorial Christmas Dinner, usually serves about 200 people at the Knights of Columbus Hall in South Attleboro, with close to 200 meals also delivered to shut-ins in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
