NORTH ATTLEBORO - A Foxboro man has been charged with defrauding retirees of at least $2 million, allegedly by offering them non-existent investments through his North Attleboro company.

The administrative complaint filed by Secretary of State William Galvin's office Tuesday accuses John A. Picini, 42, owner of the Center for Senior Financial Planning at 16 East Washington St. in North Attleboro, of taking custody of millions of dollars from about 35 clients during a two-year period and using the money for personal expenses.
