Mansfield

MANSFIELD - Police in Nashua, N.H., have seized more than 300,000 prescription pills, many of which were stolen from a warehouse in the Cabot Industrial Park in November 2006 - one of the Attleboro area's largest heists - and arrested two suspects on drug possession and related charges.

The drugs, mostly anti-anxiety and pain pills, are worth more than $2 million, and the bust may be the largest ever made in New England, authorities said.

Of that cache, about one-third are believed to be pills stolen in the unsolved burglary of the AmerisourceBergen warehouse in Mansfield.
