ATTLEBORO - Water Generating Systems LLC has elected three new members to its board of directors.
Joining the board are Keith Authelet, president and chief operating officer; Anthony G. Marken, senior vice president of government markets and business development, and Bryan Chance, executive director at Ernst & Young LLP.
"We welcome Keith, Anthony and Bryan to the Board," said Vice Chairman and CEO Peter Ottmar.
"All three individuals bring a depth of knowledge and experience, which will provide immeasurable guidance and strength to achieving our company's goals and objectives."
Authelet, who was also named to an executive position by the board, joined WGS in April 2014. Previously, he founded and funded Virtual Building Logistics, an internationally recognized industry-leading building information modeling firm, and served as chief information officer at Gilbane Building.
Marken joined the company in February and preiously served as a principal at Capitol Counsel representing states, national developers and renewable energy companies.
Chance has 23 years of multi-industry, advisory and transaction experience and has long worked in connection with private equity, debt and public markets.
Water Generating Systems LLC is an engineering research and development company that has developed and hopes to market a line of portable atmospheric water harvesting products that extract moisture from the air to create drinkable water.
