People in 17 states, including Massachusetts, found themselves unable to use their food stamp debit-style cards on Saturday, after a routine check by vendor Xerox Corp. resulted in a system failure.
Several Attleboro residents were prevented from using their SNAP cards Saturday, part of the multi-state computer glitch.
