FOXBORO - Residents this fall may have a chance to ratify or reject the master plan recommendation to keep Town Hall in the downtown area.

Having pared a list of preferred sites for a new Town Hall to the current 40 South Street parcel or to land behind the Public Safety Building at Chestnut Green, Town Manager Bill Keegan's Town Hall Working Group may recommend putting the site question before voters as a non-binding referendum on the Nov. 4 election ballot.
