ATTLEBORO - A license to store 60,000 gallons of fuel in above-ground tanks at Attleboro Sand & Gravel is likely to be approved at some point, but not before questions have been asked and answered.

That process started Tuesday night at a public hearing, with city councilors grilling a company representative about security, blasting and fire prevention at the Tiffany Street quarry.
