ATTLEBORO — A judge today rejected a plea-bargain agreement for a suspect in a Norton housebreak currently serving jail time for six housebreaks in Foxboro and Norfolk.

Attleboro District Court Judge James J. McGovern said Rachel Burns, 28, deserved more jail time than the 18 months left in her sentence for housebreaks in Foxboro and Norfolk committed with her boyfriend.
