WRENTHAM - With rising student enrollment and money constraints, the King Philip Regional School District finds itself in a bind for the upcoming budget year that may prove more difficult to overcome than past years.

School committee members Saturday morning held their annual public hearing on the budget for the fiscal year starting July 1. About 20 residents and school and town officials showed for the hearing, held in the media center of King Philip Regional High School.
