Truck into Woods I-95
The lone occupant of a pick up truck that went off the highway and into the woods was extricated with the Jaws of Life hydraulic cutting tool this morning. The truck and another vehicle were involved in an accident on I-95 South just south of the Route 123 interchange in Attleboro. The occupants of the second vehicle were not injured. The driver of the truck was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.

ATTLEBORO — Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life and a chain saw to free the driver of a pickup truck that went off Interstate 95 and into the woods in a motor vehicle accident this morning.
The victim, a 46-year-old man who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was taken by ambulance to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.
