NORTON — A trio of neighbors has filed an appeal with the state over the conservation commission’s approval of an adventure camp on Pheeny’s Island in the Norton Reservoir.

The conservation commission approved the project on June 27, handing developer Kenneth Leavitt a list of 62 conditions that must be met for the project to move forward.
