NORTON - The husband of Town Clerk Danielle Sicard was ordered held in jail without bail Friday on charges he tried to kill her, allegedly by trying to snap her neck at their home.

James T. Sicard, 44, allegedly wrapped his hands around his wife's neck, telling her he was going to perform a relaxation technique he learned from his acupuncturist, then violently twisted her head, prosecutors said.

This story seems to be missing a lot of info. Either he tried to kill her or he didn't. If he did, how exactly was she able to wrestle with him for a half hour and stop him? I'm not saying she attacked him and beat him up, like what happened to Addled, but there are some holes in this article.

It's all right there. He stated it to his lawyer and the police; She lured him there with the promise of sex and had a secret intent on attacking him and laying the blame on him. Now why would you believe her story and not his? Because the police and court employees always do? They are only afraid of losing their jobs if something happens afterwards, so someone always gets screwed by the court in a mutual fight, or even a false accusation. And we all know who that is.

How come he had injuries too, but he was the one held without bail and she wasn't jailed? C'mon people... it's all right there in your faces- just about every case where the man is the perpetrator and the woman is the victim. If you can't see that you're either dumb or in denial.

Where's Addled to make his usual sexist remark about how all women falsely accuse their husbands/boyfriends/whatever other men in their lives of abusing them, because no woman could possibly every be abused?
