QUINCY - An Attleboro man facing charges of breaking into a Quincy convenience store and a state police cruiser told authorities he was attempting to arm himself against an alien invasion.

Quincy police arrested Justin Lebovitz, 35, of 35 Summer St., after being called to the scene of a break-in on Hancock Street on Tuesday afternoon. According to police, the suspect was wearing three jackets, including a state police uniform raincoat.

    Good question. Probably what happens is that the officer who discovers the "crime" contacts his superior officer.
