ATTLEBORO — The suspected gunman in an early-morning shooting that put a Jackson Street neighborhood and area schools on alert is due to face multiple firearms and related charges in District Court.

Police arrested Richard T. Galiotte, 19, of 7-9 Jackson St., third floor, and charged him with obstruction of justice, possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number and possession of a firearm with previous violent crimes after a man in his 20s was reported shot in the neighborhood early Friday.
