PLAINVILLE - A Brockton man was held on $10,000 bail Friday after he allegedly kidnapped and robbed a 16-year-old Plainville boy Tuesday night.
Charles DeJesus, 18, of 7 Tiffany Drive, Apt. 1, in Brockton, was arrested by Plainville police executing a warrant Friday, Detective James Floyd said. DeJesus and two unidentified accomplices arrived at the teen's house and allegedly forced him into a car, at which point they drove off, police said. News Briefs

FRANKLIN - The Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School Student Council has planned a fundraising event at Uno Chicago Grill, located in front of the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets off South Street (Route 1A), for Thursday, Oct. 22.
Uno has agreed to donate up to 20 percent of the total check of anyone who eats in or takes out food, provided customers use a special coupon.
