Rehoboth puts Sandy damage to town property at $15,000

REHOBOTH - Town Administrator Jeff Ritter told selectmen this week that Hurricane Sandy caused about $15,000 in damage to town property, according to a preliminary damage assessment.

The selectmen and department heads - including representatives from the Rehoboth Emergency Management Agency (REMA) and the police, fire and highway departments - said they were pleased with the town's response to the storm.
