BOSTON - Victoria Mariconti, a graduate of King Philip Regional High School (2011) and Boston College (2015), has received and accepted a Fulbright U.S. Program grant to Poland for an English Teaching Assistantship.
Mariconti will teach English composition and conversation to students at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz from Oct. 1 to June 30.
CHARLESTON, S.C. - Members of The Citadel South Carolina Corps of Cadets earned top honors in the spring semester.
Dean's list recognition is given to cadets registered for 12 or more semester hours and whose grade point average is 3.2 or higher with no grade below a C for the previous semester's work.
The following area residents earned dean's list recognition for the spring 2015 semester:

KEENE, N.H. - Twenty-nine students are taking advantage of Keene State College's study-away programs this fall:
Norton: Caroline Almis studying at National University of Ireland in Galway, Ireland.
Plainville: Lyndsey Bois is studying at the University of Dundee, Scotland.
DUDLEY - Twenty students at Nichols College in Dudley were recognized as orientation leaders during the summer for the incoming Class of 2019.
These students introduced new freshmen students to Nichols College and the community by leading them through team activities and helping them acclimate to the college lifestyle. They included:
