FOXBORO — A portion of Central Street will be closed for the annual Foxboro Founders Day Parade Saturday.

The parade begins at 10 a.m., at 132 Central St., and will proceed north up Central Street, winding through the center and down South Street to the Booth Playground.

All roads around Foxboro Center will be shut down around 9:45 a.m. Detours will be set up to facilitate traffic around the center.

Police say officers will be assisting but minor delays are to be expected.

“We kindly ask that you leave yourself a few extra minutes if out on Saturday morning,” police said in a statement.

All roads are expected to reopen by 11 a.m.
