Strut Your Mutt

Dogs of all sizes get to meet each other at The Strut Your Mutt Summer Fest held Saturday at the North Attleboro High School in 2018.

NORTH ATTLEBORO — The North Attleboro Animal Shelter’s biggest fundraiser of the year, Strut Your Mutt Summer Fest, will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at the concessions and picnic area of North Attleboro High School, 1 Wilson West Whitty Way.

Town Treasurer and Tax Collector Christopher Sweet will be in the dunk tank from 11-1, Marla Isaac of New England Reptile and Raptor will be putting on her yearly show at noon, and contests for owners and their pets for Best Kisser, Best Dressed, and Best Trick will be at 11.

There will also be a jumparoo and balloon animals for the kids, along with vendors, raffles, concessions, and silent auction items.

Strut Your Mutt is a family-friendly event and you do not need a dog to attend. Bring spare change to donate to the shelter’s Change for Change program.

There is no shelter clinic in June. The next one will be July 17 from 11 a.m. to noon.
