About The Foxboro Reporter
Consider this website your portal to the Foxboro community. Featuring writers and photographers from The Foxboro Reporter along with posts from neighbors, businesses, civic organizations and other community groups, the site serves as an online clearing house where users can learn about news that affects them, connect with others to raise awareness of new ideas or local events, and find information about Foxboro schools, government, institutions and history.
Getting your news in the paper:
We welcome submissions of all kinds - upcoming events, commentary and other items of local interest -- for both our print and online products. Don't worry about your writing skills. Just answer these five questions: who, what, when, where and why. Then give us a name and phone number. If we need more information, we'll call you. Submissions can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org but we urge you to use our interactive website to submit items.
Oh, and if you still prefer to use conventional mail, our mailing address is: The Foxboro Reporter, 34 South Main St., Attleboro, MA 02703 Phone: 508-222-7000
Obituaries are $115 and include a photo and text as written by the family or funeral home. In addition to publishing primary obituaries on current or former residents, The Foxboro Reporter also will publish free of charge death notices from those with family members living in Foxboro. These do not include photos, are edited and printed on a space available basis. Obituaries will also appear online.
Both The Foxboro Reporter and thefoxbororeporter.com offers readers several different ways to speak their minds as outlined below:

-- Letters are published at the discretion of the newspaper, which reserves the right to edit all letters in the interests of length, clarity, good taste and libel.
-- Letters received by 5 p.m. Monday will have the best chance of publication for that week.
-- Longer expressions may be considered for presentation as guest columns. Letters of thanks are also welcome
-- Letters can be emailed to email@example.com; mailed or dropped to our office at 34 South Main St., Attleboro, MA 02703
